Frequently Asked Questions
Do you take insurance?
We do not take insurance or Medicare. We are a cash-based practice, which means our patients pay at the time of service. We accept cash, cards, or checks. This allows Dr. Moore to spend more time and focus on each patient. If requested, we are happy to provide our patients with super bills that they can submit to their insurance for possible reimbursement.
What should I expect on the first visit?
On your first visit, you will have an exam with Dr. Moore. She will go over the intake paperwork with you and discuss the reason for your visit. Following the exam, there will be a time for questions and concerns, and Dr. Moore will explain her plan to you. If time allows and you are a candidate for treatment that day, then you will receive your first adjustment.
How long will the first appointment be?
This is dependent on each patient and the complexity of the complaint. The first appointment normally takes 30-60 minutes.
Can you treat newborns?
Yes, we can treat babies as soon as they are home and the family feels comfortable bringing them into the office.
